Welcome to St. John’s: St. John’s has served the Franklinton neighborhood of Columbus for over 100 years, bringing hope and healing to the community. We are centered by our common worship in the tradition of the Episcopal Church. And we take seriously our fundamental biblical calls to comfort those in need and to work for justice in order to alleviate those needs. Our outreach programs address needs for food and basic necessities, spiritual guidance, recovery from addiction, adult learning, and after-school enrichment for children. In addition, we are active members and leaders in B.R.E.A.D. (Building Responsibility, Equality, and Dignity), a local partnership of nearly 50 congregations working together to improve the quality of life for the most vulnerable among us through policy enhancements at the neighborhood, city, and county levels.
